In 1976, George Shanks co-founded the law firm that operates today under the name Shanks Darby Lueders, P.C. The firm practices law in the areas of real estate lending and real estate development for residential and commercial clients. We currently have four attorneys on staff, all of whom specialize in real estate law. Please see our firm resume for more information about our legal staff.

In 2008, Shanks Darby Lueders, P.C. became a fee office for Land Title USA. We provide closing services for residential and commercial loan transactions. Our escrow officers have a combined total of over 20 years’ experience in the industry.
