In 1976, George Shanks co-founded the law firm that operates today under the name Shanks Darby Lueders, P. C. The firm practices in the areas of real estate lending and real estate development for residential and commercial clients. In 2008, Shanks Darby Lueders, P. C. became a fee office for Land Title USA. We provide closing services for residential and commercial loan transactions. Our escrow officers have a combined total of over 20 years’ experience in the industry.
