Kathy Heenan—Director of Operations Kathy Heenan has been an escrow officer for 17 years. Kathy has worked in all areas of the title industry including residential resale, refinance, foreclosure, relocation and commercial. She began her career as an escrow officer in Florida and then relocated with her husband to Charlotte, North Carolina where she managed a relocation department that closed for a large relocation company for the states of North and South Carolina. Her husband’s work brought her family to Texas 7 years ago and she has been closing loans in the Houston area ever since.
